What’s the Deal?

intrinsify is deeply engaged in shaping the future of leadership with both its academy and consultancy. Our project involves fine-tuning an AI model using content from our academy. This includes the works of Mark Poppenborg and Lars Vollmer, articles from our online magazine, hours of podcasts, and exclusive content from our eLearning platform.

What You’d Be Doing

• Analysing the content available in the intrinsify Academy.
• Preprocessing this content to be used by the AI model, which includes text cleaning, tokenisation, and creating training and validation datasets.
• Fine-tuning the AI model with the prepared dataset. This may involve adjusting parameters, epochs, and batch sizes to optimise the training process.
• Evaluating the performance of the AI model and ensuring that it accurately represents the academy’s teachings.
• Documenting the entire process, the challenges encountered, the solutions implemented, and the project outcomes.
• Work together with our development team to implement the AI assistant.

What We’re Looking For

• A strong interest in AI and machine learning.
• Basic familiarity with AI model training and fine-tuning.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to our project.
• Familiarity with the tools and libraries used in AI model training would be beneficial.
• German as your first language.

Relevant Details

• Student on an hourly basis.
• When: The sooner, the better. We’re ready to get started immediately.
• Where: Anywhere! We work remotely, ideally within ± 3 CET max.
• Scope: 15 to 20 hours per week.
